Sally Williams Fine Foods ~ So easy and Yummy Buttermilk Pudding for you
What you will need:
2 eggs, separated
1ml vanilla essence
250 ml milk
250 ml buttermilk
How to prepare:
1. Cream the butter and sugar, beat the egg yolks and add. Add the flour, salt, milk and mix well.
2. Add the vanilla essence. Beat the egg whites until fluffy and fold in the mixture.
3. Bake in a oven proof bowl for 1 hour at 180˚C.
4. Serve with a sauce of your choice.
