Beer Peri-peri Chicken

1 Chicken
Cut chicken in portions

Marinade one day ahead of braai
½ cup vingegar
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon garlic
1 tablespoon worshershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
Peri peri sauce to taste

Boil chicken in beer and marinade until soft and tender.

Braai on fire until golden brown.
