Meng vlg sous en gooi bo-oor:
1 blikkie fyn pynappel,
2 E suiker,
3 E asyn,
1 klein ui , fyn gekap,
2 E bladjang
2 E soet chilliesous.(sweet chilli sauce)
Bak vir 2 ure, bedek met tinfoelie of deksel
Haal foelie af en bak tot bruin en taai.
