Tomato and Yoghurt Chicken



140g Tub tomatoes paste
1x 400 g Diced tomatoes
4 tsp. Garam Penn Masala
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
4 tsp oil
1tsp chilli paste
2 tnsp coriander
1 tbsp milk
500 g Yoghurt
This is the ingredients for the sauce; Mix all these ingredients in a blender or by hand.Prepare this first and let it cook for about 10 minutes very slowly. Taste!! We like is with a bit of bite so I always add more Garam Masala and chilli
750 Diced Chicken – fry this in a pan / sometimes I use Chicken with a bone in then I put it in the oven for about a 3/4 hour and let it roast. Do not let it dry out. Sometimes I cover it with foil al depends what cuts I am using
Green Pepper, Red Pepper and one big Onion Diced and fried up until onions is brown and fragrant.
Add Chicken and onion Mix to the Curry and cook slowly for 20 minutes.
Add fresh Coriander and serve with rice. Even better serve with garlic bread. Really really very nice.
